Marian has over 35 years of real estate experience coupled with undergraduate and master's degrees in addition to attending law school in San Diego, California, at California Western School of Law.  
 
She wrote and directed shows for Sea World. Marian has taught every grade from kindergarten through college so she knows how to handle all personality types. In her pursuit of outdoor activities Marian enjoys tennis, pickleball, golf, and  swimming.  In addition she assisted with piano accompaniment in Waimea and Puako at the Annunciation Catholic Church & Ascension Mission.  

Marian has owned property on the Big Island since 2000 and her daughter Jaymee attended Hawaii Preparatory Academy for her sophomore year of high school.  In 2019, Marian converted her rental property in the Fairway Villas in Waikoloa Beach Resort into her primary residence and loves taking full advantage of the resort lifestyle 

being in close proximity to the King and Queen Shops and the beach at Anaehoomalu Bay.

​While she still maintains her California Broker License she has liquidated her home in Northern California.  Marian is great with real estate, relationships, contract negotiations and can help make your real estate goals and dreams come true. She is also an expert with 1031 tax exchanges.
